Briggs Marine offers Cable Storage facilities at its head office base in Burntisland, Fife as well as other strategic UK locations.
The Burntisland facility provides easy access from the Firth of Forth with uninterrupted access to its storage ‘tanks’, just 25 metres from the quayside.
The multiple storage ‘tank’ facility allows cable to be transferred directly to/from vessels, reels or baskets via our cable gantry and highway system.
The cable yard spans an area of 2,300m2, surrounded by 15ft high secure fencing with 24 hour CCTV and a proximity alarm system. In addition, there is significant hard standing storage space available for cable reels.
Undercover secure storage of an additional 1800m2 is available for all cable jointing materials and associated equipment.
