Ports and Harbours Pollution Response

The Briggs OPRC Club is a Scottish network of response bases and trained responders that meet the MCA’s regulatory requirement for Tier 1 and Tier 2 accredited response for its ports and harbours members.

Members not only receive activated response services at a reduced rate but also frequently enjoy a retainer rebate scheme, where retainer fees are used to offset the costs of essential activities such as training, contingency planning and exercises.
